Return & Exchange Policy
Throughout this policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Countrymods. We offer this return and refund policy to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
At Countrymods, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We cannot accept returns for items requested beyond the 30-day period after delivery. It is important to initiate your return within the specified 30-day time frame to be eligible for a return.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Please note that air conditioners that have been installed or used in any way cannot be returned for a refund.
Air conditioning units are complex systems that can be easily damaged by improper installation or testing. Because these systems are very sensitive to voltage overloads, it does not take much of a voltage spike to ruin a component. Incorrect installation procedures can also damage sensitive components.
Because of these risks, we do not allow returns on air conditioners that have been installed or used.
Return Shipping
If the return is initiated due to customer remorse, such as no longer needing the item, ordering the wrong item, or dissatisfaction with the product (and the product is not defective), then the customer is responsible for the return shipping label and its costs. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs and email a prepaid shipping label to customers.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fee on returned items.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed to keep you updated.
It may take between 3 to 15 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Items that have been installed or used in any way will not qualify for a return or refund.

Functional Inspection: We will test the air conditioner to ensure it is functioning correctly. This includes checking the cooling function, fan speeds, and any other features of the air conditioner.
Internal Inspection: If necessary, we may also conduct an internal inspection of the air conditioner to check for any signs of damage or misuse. This includes checking the internal components for any signs of damage or wear.
Please note that if the item has been installed or used in any way, it will not qualify for a return or refund.
If you happen to receive an incorrect product, we kindly request that you email us at support@countrymods.com promptly. It is important to contact us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect product to allow us to address the issue and find a suitable resolution. If you fail to reach out within this specified time frame, or if you proceed to install or use the product, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to authorize a replacement or issue a refund. Your cooperation in promptly reporting any inaccuracies is greatly appreciated.
Shipping Damages
Due to the size and complexity of air conditioning units, they can be susceptible to damage during transit. However, we take utmost care in packaging these units to minimize the risk of any damage. Despite our best efforts, if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. It is crucial to take photos of the damage upon delivery as manufacturers require documentation. If possible, refuse the shipment for obvious damage and note it with the shipping/freight company driver. Failure to contact our returns department within 30 days of receiving the damaged item will void the authorization for a replacement or refund. Your prompt notification is greatly appreciated.
Shipping Address Issues
We are not responsible for an undeliverable address entered at checkout at the time of your order. If your order cannot be delivered to the address you provided in your shipping information, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be refunded for the order, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Where to Return the Items?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@countrymods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns should be sent to the address provided in our instructions. It's important to follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team. Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept exchanges of products for reasons such as a change in color preference, size, or model. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Cancellation
