Free Shipping: At countrymods, we offer free shipping on all orders in United States. We currently do not offer international shipping services outside of the United States.

Handling time: Orders are shipped within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) from our warehouse located in California.

Transit time: 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri)

Shipping Carrier: We work with reputable shipping carrier UPS to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package.

As all orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, there are no import taxes or related fees imposed on customers.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This allows you to track your shipment and obtain an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Address Issues
We are not responsible for an undeliverable address entered at checkout at the time of your order. If your order cannot be delivered to the address you provided in your shipping information, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you will be refunded for the order, but please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
